The blank screen is being caused by a cached JS file.
In order to correct this, you will need to clear the browser and Java cache on your machine.
Your internet browser can be cleared from the settings on your browser and the Java cache will need to be cleared from Control Panel -> Java Plug-in (32-bit) -> Cache -> Clear.
Please contact your IT department for help with clearing the Java cache.
This should then allow the new JS file to be added to the cache.
