A missing module tab is usually caused by one of two things: a security profile permission issue, or deactivated plugins after a new installation or PC. **If a single user is missing a standard tab** (such as Debtors or Creditors), check their security profile permissions and compare them against a user who can see the tab. See managing security profiles for guidance. **If a plugin module tab is missing** following a new installation or PC, reactivate it using the steps below. You may need IT assistance.
Log out of Dimensions.
Go to the Dimensions installation folder on your machine (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\[version]).
Open the CustomService folder.
Locate the file that begins Applied_Custom_Plugins.
Right-click the file and click Rename.
Remove Applied_ from the start of the filename so it begins Custom_Plugins.
Log in to Dimensions.
The plugins file is applied, activating and enabling the missing modules.
If the Custom_Plugins file does not exist, install the plugins on your system. See Install and apply the Plugin Unlock Key.
