When opening Dimensions, Citrix does not load (Access Hosted Clients)

If you are opening Dimensions from Access Evo but Citrix does not automatically load, then please check to see if you have got Citrix listed in the displayed Microsoft app list. If you do, please select it as the default program for the files.

If you are unable to see Citrix on the list, please check to see if you have the program installed on your computer. If you do, please ask your internal IT department to delete it and reinstall it on your machine.
