Change my password (Access Hosted Client)

Updated over a week ago

Dimensions passwords can be changed in two ways, either through Dimensions if you know your current password or via the Hosted Logon Self-service web page if you're enrolled to self serve.

If you're not yet enrolled to self serve, please see how to enrol a user so that they can change their hosted password.

Dimensions

  1. Log into Dimensions then click Change Password.

  2. Re-enter the old password and type the new one. Please ensure that the password matches the below criteria:

Passwords must be at least 7 characters long, cannot be the same as a previous password and must contain characters from three of the following categories:

  • Uppercase characters (A–Z)

  • Lowercase characters (a–z)

  • Digits (0–9)

  • Non-alphanumeric characters (for example, !$#,%)

Hosted logon self service web page

When a user’s password is about to expire, an automated e-mail from Access will be received, informing the user that their aCloud password is due to expire in 10 Days. These continue to count down each day until the password is updated or eventually expires.

These emails contain a link to the Hosted Logon Self-Service page (https://changemypassword.accessacloud.com) where a user can log in and change their password using the Change Password tab at the top of the screen or the Reset Password option. The on-screen instructions should make this process relatively straightforward.

You can also visit the Hosted Logon Self-Service page at any time.

If you selected the Reset Password option and did not receive an email to reset your password, then first check your junk/spam folder. If still nothing received then also check with your IT to see if the email was received but not passed to your mailbox.
