Enrol on the Self Service portal for Password Expiry Notifications and Password Resets (Access Hosted Clients)

In order to enrol the user, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to https://changemypassword.accessacloud.com with their CLOUD login details.

  2. Click the Enrolment tab then enter the email address that's assigned to this account.

  3. Click Send Code
    An email is sent to this email address, with a verification code in it.

  4. Enter the verification code into the field then click Verify Code and Continue.

If the password has expired prior to enrolment or you don't have the password for a new user account, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
