A user can change the email address that our hosted environment uses to send out password reset notifications by following the steps below:
Log into the self-service portal for hosted clients using your CLOUD login information.
On the My Info tab, click on Edit.
Then update the E-mail address to your new address.
Click Update.
This will change the email address used when our hosting environment sends you password reset notifications.

If the password has expired prior to enrolment or you don't have the password for a new user account so you are unable to change the email address, please raise a new case online, reference the title of this article and specify the username and new email address. Support can change the email on the Active Directory.
