Hosted password policy (Access Hosted Clients)

An error regarding password policy when resetting your hosted password indicates that the password you have created does not meet the complexity requirements for our hosted envrionments. As a hosted provider, password for our environment have to meet certain requirements, which are outlined below.

The Domain Password Policy Requirement:

Passwords must be at least 16 characters long, cannot be the same as a previous password and must contain characters from three of the following categories:

Uppercase characters (A-Z)
Lowercase characters (a-z)
Digits (0-9)
Non-alphanumeric characters (for example, !$#,%)

Passwords must not contain any of the following patterns:

Standard length of time is set to 90 days.

When a user’s password is about to expire, an automated e-mail from Access will be received, informing the user that their aCloud password is due to expire in 10 Days. These will continue to count down each day until the password is updated or eventually expires.
