Unfortunately, versions prior to 3.0 of Dimensions are not possible to use Multi Factor Authentication. If you are not yet on version 3.0, the product uses Access Evo to sign in which should support this feature. If you would like to find out more information on this please speak to your Account Manager who can assist you further.
