Error - 'No user ID has been entered, access to the Accounts has been denied.' journal upload

If you are using AOI with Dimensions 3.0 then please check that your Data Connection email address matches your Access Evo Email address by following these steps:

  1. Open AOI Administrator.

  2. Click on Data Connections.

  3. Select the desired data connection from the list of available data sources.

  4. Amend the Email if incorrect.

  5. Click Validate Email.

  6. A browser pop-up will open for you to Sign-in.

  7. Once you have signed in using the browser. Go back to the AOI Administrator.

  8. Click Update to save changes

If you have multiple databases you wish to update. Please repeat steps 3 to 8 for each database that needs to be updated.
