To gain copies of, or make minor amendments to your ACR Reports, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the Crystal report you require and details of any change if you are requesting Access perform the change.
If you are using Dimensions version 3.0. You can access your Dimensions Files where the reports are located by:
Clicking on the Access Button on Workspace
Then Click on Dimensions Files
If you do not see Dimensions Files from the dropdown, then you would need to be given permission to access this in the Manage User Roles section on Evo by an Admin.
