To get copies of, or make minor changes to, your ACR reports, contact the support team with the Crystal report name and details of the change required. If you're using Dimensions version 3.0, you can access your Dimensions files where the reports are located.
Click Access Button on Workspace.
Click Dimensions Files.
If Dimensions Files does not appear in the drop-down, an administrator needs to grant you access via the Manage User Roles section in Evo. For help contacting us, see Get support in Dimensions.
