Citrix Access Evo app ‘Installation unsuccessful’ error (Access Hosted Clients)

f you get this error you could try the following to see if it helps …

  1. Copy the downloaded installation file from the Downloads folder to a location on the C: drive, such as C:\Temp

  2. Right-click on the file and select Run as Administrator

  3. Or select Run as different user and enter an account that has admin rights on the computer
