This is a local permission issue and as such is not supported by Access Support.

Permission must be given to the Citrix Access Evo to be able to access the local C:\ drive by yourself or your IT provider.
Instructions :
Open the application through the Citrix Receiver
Click on the system tray in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and Right-Click on the Citrix Workspace icon (blue square or circle with three white semi-circles)
Click on the Connection Centre
Click Preferences
In the File Access Tab, select "Read and Write"
Click Apply
Click Ok
Log out of Dimensions and back in and test
