Error - 'Windows cannot access \\Client\C$'

This is a local permission issue and as such is not supported by Access Support.

Permission must be given to the Citrix Access Evo to be able to access the local C:\ drive by yourself or your IT provider.

Instructions :

  • Open the application through the Citrix Receiver

  • Click on the system tray in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and Right-Click on the Citrix Workspace icon (blue square or circle with three white semi-circles)

  • Click on the Connection Centre

  • Click Preferences

  • In the File Access Tab, select "Read and Write"

  • Click Apply

  • Click Ok

  • Log out of Dimensions and back in and test
