This error message can become apparent for multiple reasons. The first step to resolving this is to identify why this is appearing.
On the computer, press the Start key.
Type Devices and Printers into the start menu.
Select Devices and Printers.
The following options should be on screen:
Access UK Ltd. PDF Printer v4.5 (Or another version number, may vary depending on which release of Dimensions is used)
Amyuni Document converter
If the Access UK ltd. PDF Printer is not present: Uninstall Dimensions and then reinstall under an account with full domain administrator privileges.

If the Amyuni Document Converter is not present:
Navigate to the install directory of Dimensions by Default this is: C:\Program Files x86\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\2.XX . Where XX is the version of Dimensions which is currently being used.
In this folder find and double-click the executable file Install.exe. This will then install the Amyuni Document Converter.
When successful a dialogue appears Printer Setup Succeeded.
Note: If it does not say this, repeat this step whilst logged into the computer using an account with full domain administrator privileges.To licence the Amyuni Document Converter, on the computer press the Start key.
Type Devices and Printers into the start menu.
Select Devices and Printers.
Right-click PDF Printer/Document Converter which is required to register and select Printing Preferences.
On the right, click the ellipsis, 3 dots icon.
In the Licenced to field, enter Access Accounting Ltd. (Include the full stop at the end)
Enter the string below into the box
Activation Code: 07EFCDAB0100010003C55B7967E6C88AEC8F96868B3A0F4C9ED5301BDB50C4E9CB33FFB29B2D8256FECC558E640A5DEB681FC181799542EC4D975920135B24
Click OK on the License window.
Click OK again.
Note: If at any point through the above steps a message saying that it is unable to make these changes (wording may vary) is received then repeat the above steps whilst logged in to this computer as an account with full domain administrator privileges.
