To save files locally when Hosted follow the below steps:
On the Output screen select to print to File and then Green Tick
Click on Browse to bring up the box to select the location
On the Report Output File screen select the Network (might appear as This PC) from the icons on the left of the screen
This should bring up a screen with the local C drive (C on **Computer Name**), select this C drive and in the next screen select the folder on the local C drive the file will need saving to.
Please note: you can save the file into the Users folder when clicking onto the C drive, then going into the folder which has your username on. This will then ensure that the file is being saved locally so you can access it.
