This is often caused by being set as a Workspace User within Dimensions. To clear this, a Dimensions Administrator needs to follow the steps below:
Login to Dimensions
Click the System tab.
Click User Records.
Select the relevant user who's experiencing the error.
Click the Options button.
Click Edit.
Deselect the Workspace User box.
Click OK.
Ask the affected user to logout of Workspace and then login again.
