While using the Dimensions Hosted Application, you may see a pop-up bubble in the notification area that says Connection Interrupted. This message appears when the Citrix Workspace application attempts to re-establish a connection to our servers after a brief interruption in the connection or after being disconnected for a brief period.
There are a few reasons why the Citrix Receiver may lose connectivity to Dimensions servers:
Temporary slowdowns or connectivity-related issues at the computer, on your local network, or the Internet.
Increased traffic on your local network, which is causing the connection to slow down or disconnect.
A complete loss of connectivity between the computer and Dimensions servers, which may prevent the program from reconnecting.
Most times, a loss of connectivity is a temporary condition that will resolve within a few seconds.
