Password Prompt when opening Excel

If Excel is prompting for a password to be used on AOI, this normally only needs to be entered once. The password that should be used is the one that is used within the Data Connections window of AOI Administrator, for example the SA account or Hosting Admin credentials.

If you have recently upgraded to Hosted Dimensions 3.0 or the latest version of AOI, then the password that gets entered would be different. If you have been given the password by the Consultant that upgraded your version then please enter that, but if you don't know the password please raise a new case and reference the title of this article.
