This error could have 2 cause factors:
AOI is not installed in the correct manner. To ensure AOI is installed correctly you may refer to article AOI: How to Install or Upgrade AOI . Further to this, you would need to ensure that the machine has .NET Framework to be version 4.6.2 or later, as well as having the previous versions installed.
If AOI has been installed and setup in the correct manner, then the issue may be caused by the licence file given by despatch.
If the issue has been caused by a new licence, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article as we will need to liaise with the development team.
