Replacement AOI licence

This article takes you through getting a replacement licence for AOI.

By default, licences are sent to a named contact in your organisation as this is the quickest way to retrieve them.

If you're unsure who this is or they're no longer within your organisation, you can email our Despatch department at [email protected] requesting the licence file, including your DM reference and company name in your email.

If you encounter any difficulties, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
​
Once you receive the licence, please ensure all users apply for the licence so that everybody is using the same version.
