It is likely that the Access.lbr and Access.srv files have been upgraded, but the database is still at an earlier version.

If you wish to use the database at its current version, then to resolve this issue Support will need to install new files to revert the Dimensions library files back to the same version as the database.

Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the version of Dimensions being used and the database(s) you are using, including their versions.
