The error indicates that the path to the ADM Database File Store location is either inaccessible at this time or does not exist.
In order to be able to upload a document to the ADM Database via one of (but not limited to) the following Access applications. Requires a steady and consistent network connection from the local PC (the client) to the ADM Webserver (the host) and then to the target destination of the ADM File Store (if not on the same PC as the host).

Check the network cables and firewalls to ensure that network traffic can move freely about.
When possible, restart the server with the ADM database on it.
