ADM - Error - 'Unable to create file as it already exists' when attaching a document.

If possible, check the Event Viewer log on the server where the ADM Service is installed as this may provide further detail of the issue. To resolve this issue - our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams.
