This error is usually found when you have an incorrectly formed ADM user associated with the Dimensions User record.

To check and update the ADM user in Dimensions follow these steps:
βNote: You will need to be logged in as a System Administrator with access to the System module
Click on System, User Records
Locate the Dimensions User with the error, highlight the user and click Options
On the Options window look for the Set ADM User button or ADM User Id. fields.
There are two options, either:
Click Set ADM User and enter in the UserName and Password, then click OK to validate the credentials.
Enter in ADM User Id., ADM User Name, ADM Password into the ADM user fields.
Once ADM User Id., etc has been entered, click Check User to validate ADM User credentials you have entered.
If successfully validated request the Dimensions User receiving the error logs out of Dimensions and back in again.
Then attempt the process again.
Please also check the following things:
Ask your IT department/IT provider to check that the user is able to create files at the location Documents\Dimensions Reports\ADM Documents
Ask your IT department/IT provider to check, if your organisation's virus protection software is stopping Dimensions Accounts from creating files at the location Documents\Dimensions Reports\ADM Documents.
Provide your IT department/IT provider the following information:
The folder the Dimensions writes to is Documents\Dimensions Reports and all its sub folders.
The executable file is Access.exe, by default it is installed in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications
