This error indicates the Integration Link has not been set up for the database. To resolve it:
Open the ADM Client Application.
Log in with administrator ADM credentials.
Click System Control.
Click Integration Links.
Click an existing Integration Link.
Click Duplicate Integration Link.
Enter the new database ID in the MS SQL Database Name field and click Duplicate.
Return to the application (Dimensions, Financials, etc.) and confirm that documents now appear.
If you are using Access Document hosted by Access and still seeing this error, confirm you are logging in to the correct workspace organisation — the credentials must match the organisation where Document is configured.
