A spreadsheet containing all the Dimensions tables, as well as information about them can be found on the Dimensions install routine.
When you reach the screen to select custom or typical, select Custom, and toggle Miscellaneous Files to install. This will place a copy of the spreadsheet specific to your version in the install location, within the Extras sub folder called Dimensions_fields_xxxx (where xxxx is the version number).
The above can be performed when Dimensions is already installed, in which case you should select modify.
