The Automated Bank Reconciliation import templates are held in the Dimensions installation folder where the application is being run from. Therefore it's possible that if you are using a fresh installation of Dimensions or if you haven't run an automated bank reconciliation before you may not have the correct format options in your list to choose from.
Find the correct bank format file
From your previous installation of Dimensions or a colleague's PC the default location for your templates is here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\(version number)\Extras\ABR
All template files will have the suffix .abr
If you cannot find this location:
Open the 'About Dimension' window within dimensions by pressing Info and then selecting About Dimensions from the drop down menu or by pressing the red icon in the top left hand corner of Dimensions and select About Dimensions depending on you menu style.
Open the System tab
Where it says Location of Program there will be a file location
Copy this file location and remove '\Access.lbr' from the end
Add \Extras\ABR to the end
This will be where your templates are stored.
Copy your template to you new installation/new PC
Take a copy of the bank template(s) that you are missing.
Find the location of where templates are kept on your machine by using the steps above.
Paste the template here.
The next time you open Dimensions and select the Import button within Automated Bank Reconciliation the new option(s) will be available in your list.
