I am not seeing the same document format as previously, or other users

This usually occurs because you may not have the same document path as your colleagues.

You can check this by using the following steps (please note that you may need to ask your Dimensions Administrator to check and correct this for you).

  1. Log into Dimensions

  2. Select System Control, Users (ribbon menu) or System Control, Users, User Records (classic/module menu)

  3. Locate the record of the user that is seeing the documents in the correct format and select the Options button

  4. Select the Edit button

  5. Select the blue arrow next to ACD Documents Location

  6. Copy the path in the resulting window

  7. Close the user record

  8. Repeat steps 3 - 5 for the user record that is not seeing the correct format

  9. Remove the exiting path and paste in the path that you copied in step 6

  10. Save the user record

Both users will now see the same document format when producing documents in Dimensions
