To check the path:
Log into an account that has access to System and User Records.
From the ribbon, menu select System then User Records
From the list of users highlight the colleague with the correct set up.
Then select the Options icon (next to the printer icon).
Then select Edit from the top of the options window.
Select the blue arrow (drill down) next to either of the options of Crystal Reports location or ACD documents location and make a note of these locations.
Return to the User Records page and highlight the user that is missing reports
Select the blue arrow (drill down) next to either of the options of Crystal Reports location or ACD documents location and compare the locations
If the user is missing the file path or has a different file path to the colleague, enter the colleague's file path into the Crystal Reports location or the ACD documents location and press Save.
Select the Save icon on the options window
If the file path is correct but cannot see the documents:
Check that the user has access to the network location.
If the Network location is not mapped but the user can access it by entering the file path, the network will need to be mapped for the user.
Open up File Explorer and either click on the Map Network Drive Button or Right Click on This PC and click Map Network Drive.
Select the correct Network drive letter and navigate to the folder before the start of the file path (If you have a file path of "Program Files\Access Applications\Dimensions\" you will need to navigate to where you can see Program Files as a folder).
Press Finish and the network should now be mapped.
If the file path is blank for both the user and the colleague:
Navigate to the installation files in the colleague's machines (typically C:\Program Files\Access Applications\Dimensions\) and copy either the ACD and/or the Access Reports folder.
Transfer the folder(s) onto the user's machine and make a copy of the user's ACD and/or Access Reports folders elsewhere in the system as a backup.
Move the new folders that were from the colleague's machine into the installation files of the user's machine.
