Error - 'Unable to find the ACD report - ...' (Access Hosted Clients)

This error means the template file needed to produce the report cannot be located. If this is working for some users and not others, then this may be due to variances in the report folder settings of each user in Dimensions. Check the user folder settings for a user that works and then ensure these same settings are applied for the users that are getting this error.

To check the folder settings per user, you will need to login with sufficient access to edit user records:

  1. If you are using the Ribbon menu style, click System, User Records.

  2. If you are using the Classic/Module style menu, click System Control, Users, User Records.

  3. Scroll through the user list to find a user that works.

  4. Click Options, ACD Documents Location

  5. Take a copy of the custom folder path.

  6. Close the Options window.

  7. Scroll through the list of users and select a user that is getting the error

  8. Click Options, Edit, ACD Documents Location

  9. Paste the folder location copied in step 5.

  10. Click Save.

  11. Ask the user to log out and log back in for this change to be seen.
