To establish the ACD Document location that Dimensions is trying to use:
Navigate to System Control, User Records
Select the relevant user account from the list, followed by Options
On this screen you will see: ACD Documents location
This is the location that Dimensions will use for your Crystal documents
Click the arrow to the left of the setting to view the path used by Dimensions
