This indicates one of the following issues:

  • You have the wrong filepath registered in your ACD document location

  • You do not have permission within your network to use the document in question

  • The report in question has been removed

  • Although unlikely, it's possible that all users have had their user record path set incorrectly, in which case Solution 2 applies

  • Use Windows Explorer to access the location you find

  • If you cannot access this path, please speak with your IT department - you will need them to both confirm the location is correct and ensure you can access it.

  • If the template does not exist, this may have been moved or deleted from the folder - you will need to discuss this with your IT department as they will need to reinstate the file in the correct location for you to be able to print.

This indicates one of the following issues:

  • You have the wrong filepath registered in your ACD document location against the user record

  • You do not have permission within your network to use the document in question (folder permission)

If you have the wrong filepath set for viewing the reports, Please follow the steps below so Dimensions is able to view the reports.

  1. Log in as the administrator.

  2. From the ribbon, menu select System Control along the top toolbars.

  3. From the drop-down list select Users.

  4. Then from the side menu select User Records.

  5. From the list of users highlight the user with the issue.

  6. Then select the Options icon (next to the printer icon).

  7. Then select Edit from the top of the options window.

  8. Select the blue arrow (drill down) next to ACD documents location. If blank, Dimensions will default to displaying reports from the Dimensions local machine directory.

Please note there is also a Global Location for ACD Reports in System Options.

If itโ€™s a new user and they are unsure of what the crystal report path should be, compare with a similar profiled user by following the above steps.
