When opening Dimensions, the error "A file that the external PDF_link.dll relies on is missing or is the incorrect version" appears

This error message is due to the fact Dimensions was not installed by a user with full administrator rights.

To fix the error message;

Uninstall Dimensions
Re-run the installation process as a user with full admin rights - you may need to speak to your internal IT if you do not have these permissions
