User account password expiry (Access Hosted Clients)

By default the Access CLOUD domain account passwords expire every 90 days and will require updating to set a new password.

If you have a specific account that you wish the password to never expire for operational purposes, then this can be considered. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and also please specify the accounts you wish the password expiry to be disabled for.
