ADM - When creating invoices we get an error 'The aCloud Document login details are incorrect' Description

To resolve this message:

  1. Log into Access Evo (Previously Access Workspace) for the user getting the error.

  2. If the user does not know their password, ask the user to reset their password using the Forgotten Your Password link.

  3. Log into Dimensions. On the System tab, click User Records.

  4. Select the Access Evo credentials for the user getting the error.

  5. Click Options. At the bottom, click Set ADM User.

  6. Type the Access Evo credentials for the user getting the error. Click OK.

Another possibility is that the Access Workspace member no longer has the User role assigned. An Access Evo Administrator can check this as follows and correct if required:

  1. Log into Access Evo (Previously Access Workspace).

  2. Click the Members button.

  3. Select the relevant member.

  4. Check to see if the Document has the role of User and if not, set it and save the changes.
