The ADM launcher will need to be installed on the user PC (as with all installs, please ensure to run the install as administrator). If the ADM installation software is to hand, find the installer within this - just open the installation file (setup.exe) and scroll down until the ’ADM Launcher’ is visible:
Simply follow the on-screen prompts - if the installation is required to be elsewhere, change this in the second screen.
Once the installation has completed, the users should then be able to view scanned documents in Dimensions.
