ADM - When I select to View Documents in the transaction list I get a message "The ADM Web Service is invalid or unavailable"

The solution depends on whether the issue is affected only one computer or all computers:

If the issue is affecting one computer, please check:

What version of the ADM Launcher you have installed in comparison to the user that works?

To check this, on each machine go to Add or Remove a Program and find ADM Launcher.

All users should be running the same version of this application, so if there is a difference uninstall the older version and install the newer version on the computer affected.

If all users are getting the message please do the following:

Check that the URL for ADM is correct in Dimensions. To check this:

Click System, Options, System Control Options, (URL of ADM Webservice).

If this is correct then please check that you can log on to ADM itself, you may need to speak to your IT for access to this as it is usually located on a server. The Website or website App Pool may even need re-starting.

If the information above does not resolve your issue please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the version of ADM Launcher being used and the URL of the ADM Webservice.
