Dimensions includes compatible BACS export formats for most major UK banks. These change periodically, and you may find the format you need is not included if you are running an older version of Dimensions.
Your bank can provide documentation describing the required file format. If you cannot find a format that matches, then this will need to be created for you. Contact your CSM attach the bank's documentation. You may be advised to upgrade your software.
