This article takes you through getting a replacement licence for AOI.
Please contact the Support Team to request the licence file, including your DM reference, company name and the expiry date of your current licence.
The Team will then issue and provide you with the new licence
Once you receive the licence, please ensure all users apply for the licence so that everybody is using the same version.
