Crashing when printing (Access Hosted Clients)

Dimensions crashing when printing can be caused by old connections left on the hosting server caused by Dimensions becoming unresponsive or users logging off incorrectly in the past.

To resolve this, we will need to clear these old sessions for you. Any Issues with contacting us, please see the following Get support in Dimensions.

An interim workaround is to try selecting a PDF printer in Dimensions rather than a real physical printer instead to see if that helps at all.
