Cannot print a document to PDF using the Access PDF printer

The Access PDF printer cannot be used to generate PDF prints of documents from the system.

The is because the Access PDF printer is only used when emailing from Access Dimensions and is a part of the email process rather than a true PDF printer.

If you wish to print documents from Dimensions as PDF's, you will need to install a PDF printer on your PC. If you need assistance with doing this, please refer to your internal IT personnel.
