Price Record - Info

The Price Record Info window, opened from the Info function on a Price record, contains the following information updated by the system:

Created on

The date the record was first entered into the system.

Last changed

The date this record was last changed.

Level

This field enables you to set the access rights and restrictions for the record. The Level is a numeric value between 1 and 9999, 1 being the highest level of access. Enter the level that is to be applied to this record. See Levels for more information.

Reverse Charge VAT applies

Tick this option if the price record falls under the Reverse Charge Accounting procedure. HMRC have postponed the introduction of the legislation to enforce this procedure. Please refer to the Reverse Charge VAT topic before using this option.

Inactive

Tick this option if you wish to flag the record as an inactive. Please refer to Inactive records help topic for more information.

Nominal code for assemblies

This is only available if Update Stock to Nominal has been selected. It is possible to store the Nominal code to be updated when the Price record is used in an Assembly. There is a search button to enable you to display a list the Nominal codes from which you can select.
