This window, opened from the Info function on a stock record, contains the following information updated by the system:

(Read Only) The date the stock record was first entered into the system.

(Read Only) The date this record was last changed.

Another stock record code can be entered here if this current stock record should no longer be used when entering transactions.

This field enables you to set the access rights and restrictions for the stock record. The Level is a numeric value between 1 and 9999, 1 being the highest level of access. Enter the level that is to be applied to this record.

Tick this option if the stock record falls under the Reverse Charge Accounting procedure.

HMRC have postponed the introduction of the legislation to enforce this procedure. Please refer to the Reverse Charge VAT topic before using this option.

Tick this option if you wish to flag the record as an inactive.

This option is only available when Use Stock Facets had been enabled in System Control; it cannot be selected if Stock Facets have been saved against the record.

Tick to indicate that this Stock Record uses Facets so that when you select a stock record on an Order where facets are applicable, you are prompted to specify the facets.

This is only available if Facet Template is ticked, and is a mandatory field.

This option can be utilised when linking to e-commerce web sites. Interfaces can be set up to read this flag, if ticked it will indicate that the stock item should be loaded to your web site as part of your e-commerce catalogue.

If this option is ticked, an additional entry field will be available: Special Price From in which you can enter a date.

This field is provided to enable you to interface with pricing tables allowing you to update your e-commerce catalogue.
