Clicking the EC Info button displays a window where additional information can be entered for Price Records that are going to be sold for delivery into foreign EU States.

When EC SSD Module is installed the System will expect you to make an entry in all of these fields on this window.

If you attempt to save a Price Record without entering all of this information the System will display a warning message.

In addition, the Service check box should be flagged for a Price Record for which EC Reverse Charge VAT for supplying services is applicable (this is required for the EC Sales List report). When entering a transaction and a price record is selected that is flagged as a service, the Service flag is automatically set as 'On' and the VAT code 'X' set as the default.
