Workflow Forms on Records

Workflow is a term used to describe the tasks, procedures, input and output information, and tools needed to complete a process. In Access Accounts, using Workflow Forms (WFF) ensures that each person handling a transaction uses the correct forms and successfully completes their step before the process proceeds to the next person or step.

Any Workflow Form on a Record window is displayed at the bottom of the record window; double-click on a named WFF to open it. If no WFF is attached to the record, the pane is not visible.

The process of setting up Workflow Forms is beyond the scope of this Help. Please refer to the Workflow Forms Designer help system.
