How to change the background
Using MS Explorer locate your Access Accounts directory.
The path can be identified by opening the User Information window from the About button. The location of the program is displayed on the System tab card.
If the software was installed into the default directory, the path will be: C:\Program Files\Access Applications\DimensionsHorizons\Accounts\2.44c (or similar).
Within the directory containing the accounts, you will see a folder called Background. In this folder is a file called DefaultImage.jpg.
Locate JPEG image file you wish to use. Copy and paste the file into the Background folder.
For Dimensions 2.43c and later versions, you will be able to You can select the background image, from the files in this folder, on the System Format tab on System Options.
For earlier versions (and this will still work for Dimensions 2.43c) you must:
Rename the DefaultImage.jpg file to OldDefaultImage.jpg (or something similar).
Rename the image file you want to use to DefaultImage.jpg
When you next launch the accounts, the background image will be changed.
Terminal Services Users
The Access default image may not display correctly for Terminal Services users. Dimensions 2.41d contains an alternative image called TerminalServicesGraphic.jpg. This image file can be found in the Background folder.
