To resolve this issue, copy the Dimensions Extras\WFF folder from a working machine to the computer of the user that is getting the error. To do this:
Go to a working machine and open File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\*version*\Extras\WFF
Copy the WFF folder.
On the machine with the issue, log out of Dimensions.
Navigate to the same folder location above and rename the current WFF folder, as a backup.
Paste the WFF folder taken from the working machine in to the same location on the machine with the issue.
Log back in to Dimensions.
