Delete a user in Dimensions that is linked to a FocalPoint account

If a user is set up in FocalPoint and linked up to Dimensions, we advise that instead of deleting the user you create a leavers profile that has no permissions. Once this is done you can move that user into the Leavers profile. This is recommended because users should not be deleted in FocalPoint as they are linked to transactions.

If a user has been deleted from the system, to undo this you will have to recreate the user exactly the same as it was set up before.
