This error occurs when a file in the Dimensions installation has become corrupted.
To overcome the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling Dimensions on the computer of the affected user.
An alternative is to try restoring just the ACCESS.LBR file from a working computer to the computer of the user that is having the issue.
It is advised to take a copy of the file on the computer of the user that is having the issue before replacing it with the copy from a working computer.
The ACCESS.LBR file is located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\<Dimensions version>
