To resolve this;
Go to the Dimensions install location, usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\*version*
Scroll down and double-click Install Application
On your computer, search for and click Printers & scanners.
Right-click on PDF Printer/Document Converter which is required to register, and select Printing Preferences.
On the right, click the ellipsis, 3 dots icon.
In the Licenced to. field, enter Access Accounting Ltd. (Include the full stop at the end)
In the Activation field, enter this string:

Click OK again. Try logging into Dimensions again.
