Error - 'PDF_DLL...' when logging in as a new user

To resolve this;

  1. Go to the Dimensions install location, usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\*version*

  2. Scroll down and double-click Install Application

  3. On your computer, search for and click Printers & scanners.

  4. Right-click on PDF Printer/Document Converter which is required to register, and select Printing Preferences.

  5. On the right, click the ellipsis, 3 dots icon.

  6. In the Licenced to. field, enter Access Accounting Ltd. (Include the full stop at the end)

  7. In the Activation field, enter this string:
    ​Code: 07EFCDAB0100010003C55B7967E6C88AEC8F96868B3A0F4C9ED5301BDB50C4E9CB33FFB29B2D8256FECC558E640A5DEB681FC181799542EC4D975920135B24

  8. On the License window, click OK .

  9. Click OK again. Try logging into Dimensions again.
