Dimensions can hold as many users as you would like; but only as many as agreed within the license agreement can use the system simultaneously.
An Example:
If you have a 10-user license, does not mean you are limited to 10 user records in the system. A 10-user license means you can have 10 users logged in to the system at once, but as many users as you would like.
We will not delete user logins from the database as this will affect the integrity of the database. We recommend moving any users that will not be using the system to a security profile with restricted access to the system.
If you would like to increase your user count on the license to accommodate your required number of users, please contact your Account Manager to get this set up for you.
Error - "This version of Access Dimensions is only registered for X. Please contact your dealer if you wish to increase the number of users" when trying to log in
